- Mientras, cogemos la pulpa de los aguacates y lo trituramos con un poquito de zumo de limón, sal y pimienta al gusto. Lo reservamos filmado a contacto para que no se oxide. También lo podéis hacer a la hora de servir.
- Cogemos los bollitos alargados, los partimos por la mitad sin llegar al borde para que se mantengan unidos y doramos la parte de dentro en una sartén con un pelín de mantequilla.
- Ponemos el aguacate en medio, encima el salmón marinado y por encima pistachos picaditos.
