- Mezclamos bien el arroz y la salsa para q sea homogénea y con el abanico vamos enfriando el arroz mientras lo mezclamos (con esto tenemos el arroz base para múltiple platos de arroz llamado sushi-meshi)

- Ponemos la esterilla para el sushi y encima la lámina de alga nori con el lado brillante para abajo

- Nos mojamos las manos (para que no se nos pegue el arroz a la mano) y ponemos el arroz aplastando lo a lo largo de toda la lámina de alga

- Ponemos en el medio del arroz el relleno que queramos y con ayuda de la esterilla lo vamos enrollando apretandolo bien (para que quede bien unido el alga y el arroz y no se deshaga) Cuando acabemos quedará un rulo con el alga y el arroz dentro

- Cortar en trozos y servir
