- Lavar las hojas de acelga, pelar y cortar la cebolla en juliana y a la mitad. - En una pyrex ponemos una base de papa y batata, salsa blanca, acelga (poner varias hojas porque se reduce mucho). Carne, acelga, carne, papá y batata. Y salsa blanca. Como en la foto, tratar de que sea en una pyrex alta. A horno medio alto por 40 min aprox o hasta que las papas están cocidas.
