  7. Para el alioli, echamos ajo al gusto, pizca de sal, un chorrito de aceite de girasol y un huevo. Metemos la batidora hasta abajo y le damos a batir sin moverla. Cuando se vaya montando el alioli vamos subiendo la batidora hasta que se mezcle todo bien.
