- Ponemos un aro para emplatar o un molde cuadrado como he usado yo en este caso, en un plato. Dentro vamos añadiendo el tartar y cuando lo hayamos llenado hasta arriba quitamos el aro o el molde para que se quede la forma redonda o cuadrada.
- Echamos eneldo por encima para decorar y yo he puesto unas tostas con pasas para acompañar.
