- Aprovechamos esos 15 minutos para precalentar el horno a temperatura media.
Rellenar las pepas con membrillo y batata (es conveniente calentar un poco el dulce con una cucharada sopera de agua, de esta manera es más fácil trabajarlo).
IMPORTANTE: las de dulce de leche se cocinan solas, una vez salidas del horno se le coloca el dulce de leche. - Llevar a horno medio por 10 minutos, luego pasar la placa a la parte más alta del horno o a la parrilla del mismo por 5 minutos más (esto hará que se doren por arriba).
Y listo!!!
