- 1 sobre levadura
- Ralladura de 1 limón
- 1 pizca sal

- Mezclaremos con varillas en un recipiente los huevos con la panela y una pizca de sal hasta que quede todo súper bien integrado y se vuelva cremoso

- Añadiremos el aceite y seguimos batiendo hasta incorporar


- Sacaremos la pulpa de nuestro aguacate y batiremos con batidora normal. Añadiremos también las semillas y batiremos. Haremos lo mismo incorporando el yogur y la ralladura de limón.


- En un recipiente añadiremos la harina mezclada con la levadura e incorporaremos al resto de ingrediente batiendo poco a poco

- En un recipiente apto para horno... verternos la mitad de la masa. Como el mío no es desmoldable... lo forro con papel de horno
- Mezclaré os el resto de la masa con nuestra crema de cacao o cacao en polvo. Lo verteremos suavemente sobre la otra



- Terminaremos colocando más semillas por encima. Precalentamos el horno a 180°

- Dejamos hornear por 45 minutos. Importante que comprobéis con un palito si el interior está bien he hecho pasado ese tiempo pues cada horno es diferente y los tiempos pueden cambiar.

- Dejar enfriar y listo
