  4. Le hacemos un hueco a los boniatos con ayuda una cuchara de para poder rellenarlos. (El exceso del medio guardamos en un tupper)
  5. Agarramos los garbanzos y la espinaca y los mezclamos bien. Le podemos poner sal u otros condimentos. En mi caso no no le puse nada.
  6. Agarramos los boniatos ya ahuecados y los rellenamos con los garbanzos y espinaca. Por encima de esto le ponemos queso fresco o muzzarella.
  7. Los volvemos a meter al horno hasta que el queso se derrita y listoo!!
