La Serenara de Bacalao es una ensalada la cual acostumbramos a acompañar con variedad de viandas (tubérculos), guineos verdes, plátanos machos verdes y maduros, tambiên aguacate. Al día siguiente, descarte esa agua y en una olla con agua limpia cocine por espacio de 8 a 10 minutos. Una vez pasado ese tiempo, descarte el agua. Repita este último procedimiento de cocinar nuevamente por unos minutos adicionales, si al probar todavía lo encuentra salado. En mi caso no fue necesario repetirlo. Espere que baje de temperatura y desmenuce. Reserve aparte.

- Monte su ensalada a gusto con el bacalao, huevos hervidos, rábanos, tomates y cebollas. Guarde en el refrigerador y al momento de servir añada el aguacate (palta).
- Remueva la corteza de las viandas y cocine en agua con sal y un poco de leche hasta que estén cocidas y reserve. Deje en la propia agua que las cocinó hasta el momento de servir. Aquí en la foto tenemos guineos verdes, malanga, batata amarilla, yautía y papas. Puede ser que en su país se llamen diferente.
