  2. 4 chiles guajillo
  3. 3 chiles de árbol

  7. 5 dientes ajo
  8. 8 hojas laurel (estas no se comen, sólo son para dar olor y sabor)
  9. al gusto pimienta (molida)
  10. al gusto sal
  11. 2 cdas grandes aceite

  1. En una olla poner a cocer la pechuga con la ½ cebolla, 2 dientes de ajo y sal.
  2. En otra olla poner a cocer los chiles guajillo y árbol. Después de 5 minutos agregar el tomate ½ cebolla y 2 ajos.
  3. Una vez cocida la pechuga, sacarla, esperar 5 minutos para que se enfríe y desmenuzarla (deshebrada). Reservar el caldo.
  4. Una vez cocido el tomate junto con los chiles y demás ingredientes, sacarlos del agua, ponerlos en la licuadora (sin agua), agregar una pizca de pimienta, una pizca de sal, el chile chipotle, este puede ir a tu criterio, depende que tan picante comas. O si lo prefieres, solo puedes agregar el jugo en el que vienen los chiles. Y si usas algún tipo de especias, agregar una pizca también. Licuar todo muy bien.
  5. En un sartén grande pondrás a calentar el aceite. Agregarás el pollo para sazonarlo. Agrega pimienta al gusto, una pizca de sal. (también puedes agregar alguna especia que uses, yo uso un menudo mix, eso ya es más personal jeje). Después de 3 minutos agrega el ajo finamente picado o si tienes el exprimidor de ajo, mucho mejor. Revolver muy bien. Agregar las hojas de laurel. Corta la cebolla en rodajas dejadas (media luna) y agregarla al pollo.
  6. Una vez acitronada la cebolla (transparente), agregar la salsa que licuaste (cuidado porque suele salpicar), revolver bien, tapar y dejar que se cosa. Enjuagar la licuadora con un poquito de caldo e incorporar al pollo. Si lo deseas puedes agregar más caldo, depende de ti que tan jugoso lo quieras. Apagar el fuego después de 5 minutos y Listo!!! A COMER TINGA!!!
