- Pelar y cortar las papas en trozos y cocerlas en una olla grande junto con las tiras de carne utilizando el caldo reservado. Puede agregarse más agua si el caldo pareciera no ser suficiente, por haberse evaporado en la cocción. Cocinar a fuego medio por 15 minutos
