En la mitad de una de plátano, depositaras como 1 taza del puré de maíz, en el centro agregaras una buena porción de carne de pierna de pollo, guiso, aceitunas y alcaparras, envuelves con cuidado de no romper la hoja logrando un paquete cuadrado de 4cm de espesor, con hilo amarras en cruz y listo.
  4. Estos los vas sancochar en agua con sal por 20 a 25 minutos, o puedes hacerlos en el horno con baño maría el mismo tiempo. Listo, son perfectos para el desayuno con un cafecito.
