- Una vez molida tu salsa pones una Olla con aceite a calentar y le agregas una cucharada de harina cernida y mueves hasta que tú harina se tueste, es necesario mover porque puede hacerse grumos



- Ya tostada tu harina, se agrega la salsa con un colador para que no pase semillas de los chiles y comienzas a mover para que se espese, si espesó de más le agregas más agua de donde se coció la carne, y después agregas tu carne, yo la puse en pedazos pero puedes ponerla deshebrada, es a tu gusto



- Y listo, queda un mole rojo, se puede acompañar con cebolla, nopales, limón y tortillas o tostadas
