  8. 1/4 Taza Leche

  1. En un recipiente pon a hervir las cascaras de los tomates en una taza de agua con el Tequesquite o el polvo de hornear.
  2. Mezcla el agua de las cáscaras con la leche.
  3. Bate la Manteca hasta que esponje.
  4. Ya batida la Manteca incorpora la mezcla, de agua de las cascaras de tomate con la leche, poco a poco sin dejar de batir.
  5. Comienza lentamente a incorporar la Masa sin dejar de batir.
  6. En las hojas de Elote , coloca una porcion de la masa y en el centro una cucharadita de frijoles refritos o el guizo de la carne y cierra formando un triangulo, envuelve con la hoja de Maiz.
  7. Coloca en una vaporera y prueba con un palillo para saber si ya estan, mas o menos durante una hora.
